Main Goal:
Help improve the quality of services provided by the Support Services Center to its clients in Dubai. This includes managing supplier information, getting price quotes, issuing purchase orders, and evaluating suppliers. This ensures clients get the best service on time and helps them achieve their goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help create plans and performance targets for the team.
2. Oversee procurement processes for clients and suggest improvements.
3. Check and confirm receipt of purchase requests.
4. Manage supplier data and updates.
5. Track price quotes and purchase orders.
6. Store documents electronically.
7. Update contract and procurement databases.
8. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate with them.
9. Improve work processes and procedures.
10. Prepare monthly reports on procurement.
11. Track team performance and prepare reports.
12. Train new staff on procurement systems and policies.
13. Train client staff on center regulations and work methods.
14. Submit progress reports and address challenges.
15. Answer client questions and concerns.
16. Suggest ways to improve procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience for Bachelor’s degree holders or equivalent in similar fields (0 years for Master’s degree holders).
