Who is Eligible?

  •  Urban residents can apply for a loan of 1.5 million PKR for land ranging from 1 to 5 marlas.
  •  Rural residents can apply for the same amount for land between 1 to 10 marlas.
Loan Repayment
  •  Loans will be repayable over seven years.
  •  No payments are required for the first three months.
  •  Maximum monthly installment: 14,000 PKR.
  •  The Punjab government will provide these loans without any interest.
